Hydra Grease-Eater drain line and grease trap cleaner breaks down fats, oils and grease (FOG’s) build up in restaurant kitchen drain lines, grease trap and fat traps also controls odours in an environmentally sound manner.

Correctly applied, and using the correct dosing levels, Hydra Grease-Eater will dramatically reduce grease trap maintenance, breaks down and prevents grease build up and foul odour.

Grease interceptors and grease separators are designed to capture restaurant kitchen FOG’s, the application of a biological product into the drainage system break down these grease interceptor deposits and will help prevent the build up of FOG's in the pipe-work and fat trap / grease trap.

How It Works

Hydra Grease-Eater breaks down grease and fat biologically using naturally occurring micro-organisms. The combination of bacteria and enzymes don’t just emulsify grease and fat but break it down completely. Once the treatment has started the bacteria colonise the drainage system providing protection 24/7.
